Aaron's music blends jazz, blues and popular music with flamenco and diverse genres from across the globe. Beginning with a fascination for the classic John Coltrane Quartet, his musical influences expanded from years listening to Smithsonian field recordings. He absorbed diverse styles into his approach of jazz improvisation and composition.
Beginning with a chance encounter with a guitarist in Santa FE, NM and culminating in a trip to Seville, Spain, Aaron's primary areas of study expanded to include flamenco. Since then, he has added influences from Myanmar traditional slide guitar and Lanna Thai music.
Aaron's performing experience grew further while working in diverse ensembles including a Middle Eastern/Jazz fusion project, Acoustic Hip Hop/World Music Duo, Baroque Opera and a Jazz Guitar Trio. Aaron has performed at festivals and venues across the United States, Myanmar and currently performs in Thailand.

Music can help you feel more confident, learn to communicate better, stimulate creative thinking, help you to connect with yourself and others emotionally, empathetically. Like food and art, music transcends culture, language, and time to connect us with the past as well as the present moment. You can join a conversation, a tradition, and an experience with anyone, anyplace.
